Chambers is calling a 14% drop in gold and a 16% drop in silver before the next rally. Given that both metals have already fallen 23.5% and 48.3% respectively from their peaks this year, this reads less like bold forecasting and more like marking a chart where price has already done most of the work. The prediction costs nothing if wrong and claims credit if the current drawdown simply continues.
