DW NOTE
The Fed is cutting RMPs — short-term Treasury purchases meant to manage reserve levels — to zero while the Strait of Hormuz stays shut, oil supply is down 4%, and the 10-year yield just hit 4.70%. Warsh is tightening liquidity conditions into a supply shock. That's not cautious central banking, that's ideological.
