DW NOTE
Armstrong called a dollar peak against the yuan last March, timed to Middle East tensions through August–September 2026. The yuan is now at 7.25 per dollar — its strongest level since pre-COVID — and WTI just jumped 23% in a month while gold sits 22.8% below its January high. If the timing model is working, the metal ought to be rallying into geopolitical risk, not selling off through it.
