The Energy Secretary claims 13 million barrels a day are flowing through a strait that had one ship transit on September 20 versus a normal 85. The IEA says global supply is falling 5.7 million barrels per day this year. Either the Secretary is describing pre-conflict flows as present tense, or someone is redefining what "flowing" means.
