Over a thousand drones striking St. Petersburg's oil infrastructure is not a tactical raid — it's a demonstration that Ukraine can now reach Russia's second-largest city at scale. Russia has taken 6,500 square kilometers of Ukrainian territory in 2026 while losing the ability to defend refineries 1,200 kilometers from the front. Brent at $109 with the Strait closed and Russian export capacity now visibly vulnerable suggests markets still haven't priced the supply risk.
