Saudi Arabia just closed a pipeline while watching 15 million barrels per day sit trapped behind Hormuz. The kingdom is shutting in supply at exactly the moment when every barrel that can bypass the Strait should be flowing at maximum capacity. Either this is coordinated supply management with Tehran, or Riyadh has decided $100 oil still isn't high enough.
