Saudi Arabia ships 70% of its crude through Hormuz. With the strait closed since June and the U.S. estimating six months to clear Iranian mines, Riyadh is routing everything west to the Red Sea via the East-West Pipeline—which maxes out at 5 million barrels per day against Saudi production of 9 million.
