DW NOTE

Google's Willow cut magic-state preparation errors by 40x, but only 8% of attempts succeeded and the chip remains orders of magnitude below the ~500,000 reliable states per second needed to attack a Bitcoin wallet. Satoshi-era coins remain vulnerable not because of Willow but because their public keys are already exposed — no quantum computer required to know where to aim once one exists.
