Norway's $1.8 trillion fund already holds only 2.5% in Treasuries — half the benchmark weight — after cutting exposure systematically since 2022. If they drop further, it won't be because they suddenly discovered U.S. fiscal risk. It's because every other sovereign holder is doing the same math: 4.79% on the 10-year doesn't cover the dilution when Washington runs $1.4 trillion deficits in a tightening cycle.
