DW NOTE
Ukraine has been trading drone strikes with Russia for two years. Russia attacking a Ukrainian oil terminal would barely make the crawl. But a Ukrainian drone reaching Sochi — a resort city hosting Russian oligarchs 300 miles from the front — means the Black Sea is no longer a rear area. If Ukraine can hit tankers there, it can hit the infrastructure that keeps Russian oil flowing to markets already starved by the Hormuz closure.
