DW NOTE
The $300 trillion figure is a global real estate valuation dressed up as a "monetary premium" — which assumes all property value above replacement cost exists only because investors treat it as an inflation hedge. That's half-true: fiat debasement since 1971 did push capital into tangible assets. But Bitcoin stripping that premium requires something real estate can't survive: sustained global capital flight. With oil down 21% from highs despite the largest supply shock in history, 10-year Treasuries at 5.31%, and no sign that property is losing its collateral role in credit systems, this thesis remains a forecast, not an observation.
