Iran just swapped its top security official in the middle of ceasefire talks to reopen a strait that's been shut for 162 days, strangled 2,000 ships, and cut global oil supply by 8 million barrels a day. Rezaei is a hardliner who commanded the Revolutionary Guards during the Iran-Iraq War. If Tehran wanted to signal flexibility, it would have kept the technocrat.
