Gold Rises; Appeal Grows Amid Uneasy U.S. Fiscal Outlook - WSJ

Gold is up 12.9% in a month not because investors suddenly discovered inflation risk, but because Treasury auctions at these rates with these deficits require buyers who don't care about return of capital.
