The Dutch central bank is moving 86 tonnes of gold from New York and Ottawa to London — not repatriating it to Amsterdam. This isn't de-risking from the dollar, it's switching custodians within the same monetary bloc. If the concern were confiscation risk or sanctions overhang, the bars would be going home, not to another Anglo-American vault.
