Canada supplies 4.1 million barrels per day to the US — roughly half of total imports. Cut that in a market already down 4.3 million barrels from Hormuz and diesel isn't 21 cents from a record, it's 21 cents from rationing. Carney doesn't have a card; he has a revolver with one chamber loaded, pointed at his own fuel supply.
