Brazil's central bank orders exchanges to delay large crypto transfers abroad

Brazil's central bank is building a KYC panopticon with a 24-hour delay on your own money. The rule hits transfers above $10,000 or anything an exchange decides looks "risky" — meaning if you want to move your crypto to your own wallet or abroad, you need permission first. The measure doesn't take effect until January 2027, giving exchanges 17 months to build the surveillance infrastructure. Brasília calls it anti-fraud. It's capital control with a compliance wrapper.
